What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address, the role you register with (man, woman, or wali), and any profile information you choose to provide — such as your name, location, education, occupation, sect, and about text.

Photographs you upload are stored securely and are only shown to other members in accordance with the platform's photograph-sharing rules. We do not run facial-recognition or biometric analysis on uploaded images.

When you subscribe to a premium plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the subscription and its status. We do not store your card number or payment credentials.

How we use it

• To operate the platform — showing profiles, routing interests, and enabling conversations.
• To review profiles before they go live, in accordance with our moderation policy.
• To send transactional emails — profile status updates, interest notifications, and support replies. You can manage notification preferences from your account settings.
• To process and maintain your subscription.
• To investigate reports of misuse and take action where necessary.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your profile

Your profile is visible to other approved members once it has been reviewed and approved by our team. Women's photographs follow an additional layer of access control — they are only visible to premium members, and only after the woman's wali has welcomed a man's interest. Women can adjust their own photograph visibility setting at any time.

Data retention

Your account and profile data are retained while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve an open dispute.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Canada, additional rights may apply under applicable data-protection law.
